Terms of service.

.Breakages, Loss or Damage

(a)During return of the hire items to Little Legends Party Hire will carefully check all hired products. Any loss, damage or breakage will be charged at the new replacement cost.

(b) It is the hirers responsibility to ensure all equipment is returned in the same condition it was received in and report any loss or damage prior to using the equipment.

(c) Hire items must be collected for pick up and returned on the day noted on the hire contract.

(d) Equipment not returned or is unavailable for collection after three (3) days will be deemed stolen and reported to the police.

(e) Hire equipment is to be returned to Little Legends Party Hire in the same clean condition as it was received to receive full bond refund.

(f) The hirer agrees not to tamper with any of the hired equipment and to follow any necessary instructions provided by Little Legends Party Hire.  Replacement fee will be charged for stains, rips, holes, cracks, chips & burns.
*The hirer agrees not to tamper with the equipment in any manner intended and to follow all instructions provided by Little Legends Party Hire and report any shortages or damage prior to using the equipment

(g) Bond or portion thereof will be forfeited on any equipment retuned late, damaged, or dirty. The hirer agrees to pay any additional monies charged for late returns, loss, damage, breakage or cleaning.

3.Refundable Bond Payments.

(a)Bond payments are payable by the hirer to all Liltle Legends Party Hire bookings to cover any breakages, loss and/or damage of any Little Legends items.

(a) Bond payments amounts are dependent on the cost and size of your booking as stated on your quotation

(b)Bond payments are refunded in full if the items are returned in good working order.

(c) If the Goods returned are stained, missing items, or damaged in any way, the bond or portion of will be retained by the Supplier.

(d)Refund will be processed within Fourteen (14) days of the return date of the Goods.
